  Slawek is very friendly and professional. He was recommended to us by a friend and was very prompt to reply. The work we needed was a quick tidy up of our old boiler room. Slawek moved the old cabinets to fit in bespoke shelving. This is a boiler room not my wardrobe so he was very honest about the type of materials we needed so it kept the cost of materials low. The job was finished very quickly and he had 2 colleagues to paint the boiler room. They didn’t speak English but Slawek was very good at translating and I could call him anytime to explain things to his colleagues. I left Slawek with the key to my home so he could come and go as he pleased. Slawek also did some niggly plumbing jobs that no one wants to do. They were all small jobs but I couldn’t do them so Slawek was only to happy to. I would t hesitate to recommend!!

  At first I was rather apprehensive about employing workmen I didn't know to replace my bathroom. Right from the start Doorsteps showed respect for me, my home and animals ( I do have a lot of them). They gained my trust by listening carefully to what I wanted while helping me make informed decisions. They carried out the transformation cheerfully and efficiently and I am delighted with the very high standard of their work. I had no idea my tired old bathroom could be transformed into such a delightful space. I would definitely employ Doorstep again for any type of renovation work in the future.
